That's good - it means the problem is playlist handling and not access to network. That narrows the problem down probably to 2 files.
Can you attach to a post your custom-types.conf file that is in the Plugins/Alien directory. Can you do a debug log when using the Tune-in feature with the "rpm" URL. The debug options needed are d_parse d_plugins d_remotestream d_source. Post the log as before.
