I've given up. I cannot find any discussions anywhere that say the new airport express works with alien bbc I have found a rather nifty little app called airfoil It uses the old airport express routers to stream anything from realplayer. I need to plug and unplug the airport express, but at least I now have streaming BBC It's annoying, but there you go.
