It limits the arrow_up/down.hold mapping to Boom devices and remote button mapping changes are disabled by default (good point, thanks). I own a Boom and I never use the mini remote to browse any menus on the Boom at all. If there any owners of Boom devices who prefer to browse menus on the tiny Boom display to having some kind of basic rating support for the mini remote I'll have to revisit this.

I thought about completely removing half-star support but then settled for supporting half-star ratings wherever possible. But in this case (LMS web UI) it was a pita to implement the way I wanted so I went with full-star only ratings. I think that's ok because if you can't live without half-star ratings Material is only a click away from the LMS web UI. Since remote button mapping is now disabled by default I'll push the latest version to the LMS repo.
