1. Does mysql use 100% CPU in task manager ? 2. How large is your library (Number of tracks) ? 3. Which SlimServer version do you have ? It can be seen in the bottom of the Server Settings page. 4. Could you turn on the debugging in the bottom of the Custom Scan section (when running 1.18) in Server Settings/Plugins. And then: - shutdown SlimServer - Install Custom Scan 1.19 - open up a command prompt - goto "<slimserver installation directory>/server" - Run: Slim.exe - Post the last 10-20 rows from the log shown in the command prompt window. 5. I'm not sure this is the indexing problem, it might also be the 100% CPU problem I have seen earlier. However, if it is the indexing you can try to use the "Clear All" option while running 1.18 and then upgrade to 1.19 and see if it works better. You should note that "Clear All" will remove all LastFM/Amazon data if you have used these scanning modules. So if you are using these and don't want to run them again, don't follow this path. I would also prefer to see the log from step 4 above before you try this step, because I can't reproduce your problem in my own setup. -- erland Erland Isaksson 'My homepage' (http://erland.homeip.net) 'My download page' (http://erland.homeip.net/download) (Developer of 'TrackStat, SQLPlayList, DynamicPlayList, Custom Browse, Custom Scan, Custom Skip, Multi Library and RandomPlayList plugins' (http://wiki.erland.homeip.net/index.php/Category:SlimServer)) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ erland's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=3124 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=29156 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/plugins
