I think the most straightforward way would be to specify a directory to
hold the pictures and a format for naming them, e.g., bob dylan.jpg or
bob_dylan.jpg, or whatever. I suspect those of us who would want to
use this option will build their picture folder from a number of
sources and probably do some editing of the pictures (cropping and/or
re-sizing mostly) specifically for use with SlimServer. So I don't
think you need to build in the flexibility to have to search multiple
places for the pictures.

One additional question on Custom Scan. Is there a limit on the number
of tags you can scan beyond which performance will begin to suffer? I
ask because when I first began using it, I loaded in quite a few
different items and used the Custom Browse wizard to create a bunch of
different menu formats to experiment with. In the end, I find I really
only need to scan for a couple items to create the menus that I actually
use on a regular basis, but I have some ideas for using a few more in
modified artist and album headers. But before I scan for too many
items, I thought I'd ask whether there will be a performance impact.
