Thanks - that's what I'll dig into next. It's most likely not set up
correctly for LMS to access the internet. It's providing various file
shares on the LAN, and running the LMS server software, but we're now on
a sky router - another thing that's changed. Good shout. I'll do some
research as to what access is required.

Sorry if this all seems really basic stuff - I've just fixed the gutters
on the new house today, and we've still got various cardboard boxes not
unpacked yet, family coming for xmas in a week or so, and just racing to
get a lot of things ready all at once!
