It's a known problem on Windows with the latest v4.3.2 plugin and will be fixed in the next release. See 'this post' (https://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?60114-Announce-Denon-AVP-Control-Plugin&p=1040450&viewfull=1#post1040450) for instructions on how to patch it in the meantime.
