Welcome to the forum. The answer to your question is "yes". You should be able to sync to/from the Denon player just as any other. You say that the track "doesn't play on receiver B". Is the Denon powered on? Are you synchronizing power? Volume? Are you specifying a Quick Select for the Denon in the player plugin? Is the Denon set to the desired input? Check to be sure that the Denon is not mistakenly being muted by Squeezer. I have seen this happen on occasion. The bottom line is that it should work and works for me. Regarding the volume, you need to set the player output to fixed at 100% in the Squeezer Settings->Player->Audio menu.
