Still no success - I tried to implement both of your suggestions, but I must not be savvy enough.
I did learn that when I use the /install switch in the CMD box, I can then access the localhost:10002 page, as long as that CMD box is still open. Closing the CMD box terminates the link to the localhost page. Again, just using "install' does nothing and pops me back to the CMD prompt.
