Not sure if I've accomplished that or not - I changed a bunch of stuff to admin rights.
When I went to the new and improved headless page (from Spicefly)(http://localhost:10002)and entered the location of my muisc, it updated and then validated and ended up with a cache that matches the GUI reported data.
