Ummm...I think I'm going to go with "feature, not bug" on this one. 
Unless you find this annoying...in which case this is Microsoft's
fault.

Also, I think you'll notice that your local weather should be better
too, after installing this plugin.  ;-|

Seriously, I've done no testing with Vista at all, you're in uncharted
territory here.  If you get this figured out, please post your findings
and I'll gladly incorporate them into the readme.  Thanks.

PS: did you have to do anything special with permissions, automatic
administrator elevation (or whatever It's called) to get psshutdown.exe
to run with no prompts?
