I use Windows, but I also use most of those same plugins (the last 3 in your list). For some reason it takes extra long for SC to become usable after restarting it. Even after I see the process is running it takes about 5 minutes or so for the Web UI to load and for players to start working again. I think it has something to do with these plugins. Anyway, maybe just waiting as much as 5-10 minutes might be the ticket...
