One question: do you have a SBC? If reprogramming the server's rtc proves to be too difficult or only reliable with certain hardware, another approach might be to write a Jive applet that receives alarm info from the SC server and sets up a cron job on the SBC that fires off WOL packets to the SC server at the appropriate time.
