After using iPeng for a while, it has worked very well. Altough there are some graphical quirks I have found and don't know where to post them so I'll post them here:
With album artwork that is more rectangular than square... in the Now Playing screen the image stretches to fill the whole screen, make in it look a bit ugly. I've atached a comparision between iPeng and iPod. The same happens if the the artwork is in vertical rectangular form (like DVD case artwork). Another small quirk (sometimes I notice the small things :P ) , in the iPeng Pause control symbol you can see a small black line in the top... I guess is positioned a bit off or something. And if one changes between the Playlist view and the Now Playing view, one can see that the Pause, Next and Previous buttons move some pixels to the side between one and another (probably when adding the trash button, the buttons move in location?) And the playlist sometimes doesn't reflect the item numbers correctly, or doesn't update as fast, but I guess that is a problem with Squeezecenter or the Ipod or the speed of the connection. +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ |Filename: ipod_now_playing.jpg | |Download: http://forums.slimdevices.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=6499| +-------------------------------------------------------------------+ -- pichonCalavera *rip* (eac) > *convert* (flac) > *tag* (musicbrainz/mp3tag) > *normalize* (replaygain/foobar2000) > *albumart* (www/firefox) > *transport* (winscp) > *store* (debian) > *manage* (squeezecenter) > *control* (ipodtouch/ipeng-app) > *play* (squeezebox) > *preamplify* (zpre2) > *amplify* (zampv3) > *listen* (axiomm2/sennheiser-hd595) > *scrooble* (last.fm) > *enjoy* (me :) http://www.last.fm/user/pichonCalavera ------------------------------------------------------------------------ pichonCalavera's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=13068 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=51929 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/plugins
