Now you're talking like a Perl programmer!  In this case, that's not a
good thing.  ;-)

Yes, that's how it should work.  I think it would actually be:

Other Players -> SyncTo -> B ->  (Gives A&B leaving you in the SyncTo
menu)
C ->  (Gives A&B&C, leaving you in the SyncTo menu)
