Protocol handler doesn't allow pausing. Let's try stopping.

VLC starts playing, deliver data to SC and then SC decides it wants to
pause. TunerPlay by default stops when a user tries to pause as it
will not buffer live radio.
However try unchecking the "pause button stops stream" option in
settings and see if it makes a difference.
What sort of player are you using ?
Is it synced with another player ?
