In Tunerplay setting - the field "name of source to use" should be the
same as the FriendlyName in Videocapture from the dshow.txt

If the "name of source to use" field in Settings can select "Hauppauge
WinTV PVR PCI II Capture" - do so and then press apply and then try
playing a station.
