I haven't tested this at the moment but so there may be a typo. It
assume you want a http stream of your PC audio coming out from port
8088 on the source PC. So if you PC address is 192.128.1.132 the URL to
play in SC would be
http://192.128.1.132:8088/vlcstream.mp3
Just like WaveInput, the "Stereo Mix" name may have to be changed on
the PC depending on your PC audio systems.
1. Install vlc (see www.videolan.org)
2. Create a batch file with the following command.

vlc --no-video --no-sout-video dshow:// :dshow-adev="Stereo Mix" --sout
#transcode{acodec=mpga,ab=128}:standard{access=http,mux=raw,dst=:8088/vlcstream.mp3}

3. run the batch file - best to test initially from a command prompt.
The VLC control will appear - it can be made to disappear but it is
best to leave it to control vlc.
