Works for me. A few aspects: - Does the artwork show up in SC? If no, it's an SC issue and iPeng will not show it. - There is one issue due to the fact that iPeng caches images: SC has a logic of changing out an artwork only after you have visited an album if you change artwork and do a partial re-scan. iPeng doesn't catch the change and sticks to the old icon. Going to "Settings->Flush Cache" AFTER visiting the album the first time should fix this. - Are you using .bmp images? iPhone has some trouble with these (it's not an officially supported format, also not by SC) so I would recommend to convert them to .jpg or .png.
