Could you try to upgrade to 1.1 and see whether it's gone? 1.1 fixes a few bugs I found in 1.0.5, maybe this is among them.
There seems to be an issue for some people that after updating iPeng crashes immediately, in this case please uninstall and re-install, that helps.
