Ok, I just tweaked the new version that I just posted so that the minimum wait time for this is 5 seconds.
Re WOL from S3 problem with rhine NIC: I would NOT hold your breath. I spent months chipping away at this trying to get WOL to work with S3 with servers built on Via boards...all to no avail. I'm an atom-man now.
