Is your server on DHCP? Does it probably change it's IP address?
Actually, if iPeng forgets the server (I assume you mean it doesn't
automatically connect to it), try setting "forget last server" to "ON".

Apart from that: Does it help if you quit iPeng after choosing your
eeeBox before it crashes and restarting it?

I can't reproduce this yet I did hear it before. In that case, it seems
to be caused by an iPeng upgrade and uninstalling and re-installing
iPeng fixed it.

What do you mean by "every device"??? Every server you have, I hope.
Or could it be you are seeing several historical IP addresses of your
eeeBox? Althogh that would still be kind of a mystery to me, should
never be more than two...
