I'm pretty sure a non-Sahara 2CV would be about as useful as my Piaggio scooter at my house in the winter time. That said, I know of at least one 2CV gracing Santa Fe's roads, owned by the owner of an up-scale furniture store. The guy does have style, I must say, even if he is given to shouting obscenities at the screen at the movie theater. (Hey, I live in a small town.
