OK, I just posted a new beta version. This one adds the custom commands to all the drop down lists. Also, end-of-sleep-playing actions seem to be working fine...at least for me.
To see the custom commands in the drop-down lists on the settings page: enter the labels and commands FIRST and then press 'apply'.
