Yes, I'm not sure either. There haven't been any new versions of SCPowerTool.exe for months. The only change that I made is that I packaged up the three windows utilites (SCPowerTool.exe, StartHidden.exe, SCCLITool.exe) yesterday in an installer exe that, by default, installs those three to the C:\Windows\System32 directory. Try creating the C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All Users\Anwendungsdaten\Squeezebox\Logs\srvrpowerctrl.log file with notepad and make sure that all users have read+write access to it.
