Based on what I read on Peter's plugin page I think zapping was the
normal behavior for add.hold on an earlier release.  Unless there is a
conflict with another plugin add.hold should bring up the playlist
manager menu.  The only other plugins I use are MusicInfoScrn and
TitleSwitcher which shouldn't cause a conflict with add.hold. I don't
think a custom button mapping should be necessary.

At one point I had upgraded to 7.4 and got the Classic firmware upgrade
to version 130. When I went back to 7.3.4 the firmware went back to
version 127. Could this cause a problem??
