That's typically an issue with low powered systems on the first start when iPeng fills it's cache and especially while the server resized artwork thumbs. The first should happen once per database change the latter only once per Clear and Rescan of the server db. Probably helps if you set your artwork resizing option on the server to resize instead of resample.
