Thanks for the reply! I do know how the different year tags are (mis)treated by SBS and that is why I would like to use CustomScan and CustomBrowse for browsing by year. I even filed a bug report about it: https://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=15167. The ORIGYEAR tags are already scanned properly with CustomScan and I can CustomBrowse my flac files by ORIGYEAR. The built in CustomBrowse by year menu also works for my MP3 files. In the thread you directed me to you said: > Raw tag scanner only scans extra tags it doesn't override tags set by > standard Squeezebox Server scanning routines, this is a change in Custom > Scan which I'd prefer to keep. Does this mean that CustomScan cannot read a tag that is already read by SBS? Where can I read about the "oneof" directive? I have searched the forums and the wiki to no avail. I even downloaded something called MySQL Query Browser thinking that this could be a MySQL thing, but I could not find any information on a "oneof" directive. -- vagskal 2 x SB3 (wired), Receiver (wireless), Boom (wireless), Controller, iPeng on iPod Touch, muso on remote computer running Win XP | 7.4.2 on Win XP ------------------------------------------------------------------------ vagskal's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=20778 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=49483 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
