It worked, sort of.

I did this:

The scan seems to have worked. In the Custom Tag Albums menu I now have
a list of all years in both TORY and ORIGYEAR tags. If I select a year I
can see a list of all the albums containing a track from that year. If a
select a MP3 album (with TORY tags) I can see only the songs from that
year just as I want to. BUT if I select a flac album (with ORIGYEAR
tags) all songs from that album are shown even though only one song is
from that year.

Is there anything I can do to get the flac albums to act as the MP3
albums (which was the whole point of this exercise)?
