I'm no Windows kind of guy but it should be somewhere which is writable
without administrative permissions, it's not under "C:\Program Files".
If you have a working SBS installation, you can probably see the path
to the cache directory in the SBS Settings/Information screen. If it
looks like Linux there should be in a InstalledPlugins/Plugins dir
inside the cache dir.

Hopefully someone using Windows son spots this thread and can help you.
