So did some testing after reading your input. Started by veryfying that I had the problem consistantly every time I suspended laptop (after 60 seconds it wakes up).
Then I unpluged Ethernet cable to SBS laptop, suspended, and it stayed. So youre wright about WOL signals. Then I tried with my SBRadio turned off - still waking after 60 seconds. Then I tried with my Duet Controller turned off - problem gone! Then I tried again with Controller on - still no problem ?! So some how the powercycle of the controller has changed it's state, so it doesn't send spurious WOL packets - at least for the time being. So I guess this is not related to Your plugin in any way then!
