Are you sure that the SB3 isn't connected to mysb.com? When you hit the power button on the IR remote, does the SB3 immediately wake the server? If yes, then we need to look into this. If no, then the player probably did make it to mysb.com and in that case, just try adjusting the player's display brightness, again, with the IR remote. SrvrPowerCtrl now turns the player off by default at the mysb.com end some time after the player lands there. This can result in a blank display.
Try out the new troubleshooting tools and email me a relevant portion of the log.
