You can still send a single player to mysb.com without having to put
anything into the mac address field.  Just uncheck "all" and then
whatever player you initiate the "suspend to" command from, either via
the player's Extras->SrvrPowerCtrl menu, a iPeng or SqueezePad menu or
from the SBS webUI menu...that's the player that gets pushed.

On the other hand, if it's the system idle monitor that's initiating
the "push", then I think it defaults to "all".
