If you have the alpha version (3.0pre3426) for 7.6 installed
previously, you need to uninstall Custom Scan, remove the alpha
repository and then it should appear at the bottom of the list under
the repository section:
"Erland's plugins and applets (BETA testing versions)"

If you have the normal version (2.8.3388) installed previously, it
should appear as an upgrade at the top.

If you don't have Custom Scan installed at all previously, it should
appear at the bottom of the list under the repository section:
"Erland's plugins and applets (BETA testing versions)"

In all cases you need to have the "Show all 3rd party plugins" checkbox
checked, else it won't appear at all.
