I forgot to change that text, SQL Playlist now needs a license so if
you were trying to use dynamic playlists based on SQL Playlist that's
the reason they no longer work.

For more information about licensing and License Manager see the
following thread:
http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=90410

I'll adjust the text in License Manager, it will be updated as soon as
the cached licensing description has expired, not sure if it's set to a
few hours or a day.

After getting a license, you can click the Apply/Save Settings button
in License Manager plugin settings page to refresh the licensing
status.
