There's definately something wrong with your installation if you get
these messages:
[11-10-16 14:32:42.5003] Plugins::Spotify::Spotifyd::__ANON__ (78)
unable to write log file: C:\Documents and Settings\All
Users\Application Data\Squeezebox\Logs\spotifyd.log
[11-10-16 14:33:20.4847] Plugins::Spotify::Settings::__ANON__ (203)
failed to set password

So I think you need to check why the app can't write its log file - is
there enough disk space?
