Hmm. That's bad. Are the tags corrupted in the files or just in the scanned database? These are MP3 files? What tag version? I seem to recall cparker recommending ID3v2.3 only. It's here: http://www.spicefly.com/squeezeboxmip/51-adding-music-into-musicip-and-squeezebox-.html. But he doesn't cite problems with MiP as the reason.
