I know the instructions somewhere recommend leaving the path to music folder blank when using MusicIP, but in my 3+ years with MusicIP that has never worked for me. It works fine if I put the appropriate path in the edit box, so that's what I always do now. Others here have reported similar experiences. I'd suggest trying that and seeing if it works for you, too.
