This has happened one or two weeks ago. Assuming you are not using a Radio or Touch. The local radio stream have WMA and Flash/AAC and for some reason it seems the WMA stream becomes not available for a short while and so the AAC stream is chosen by plugin - but some users NAS / LMS cannot do AAC or transcoding is disabled in the plugin and so you get the "cannot open file for". The AAC result is also cached by LMS and so the "problem" can seem to last longer than in reality.
