Thinking about duplicate entries is this really a new thing , " new and changed " has always worked ok for new but not for changed. ( new and some changes is a more apt description ). Sometimes due to bugs sometimes for natural reasons like if timestamp or file size does not change how to determine if a change occurred ( I think that is possible in Linux with the rigth disc formats.... ).
