Your NAS has no money in this, it will think you are accessing it
locally.
Probably the only limitation is that with some routers the automatic
server discovery doesn't work so once you lose contact to the server you
might have to configure it manually in iPeng (with it's local IP, the
remote one is not needed but can be used instead).
Usually (unless you use a dynamic IP for the server), iPeng just doesn't
even notice the change since it keeps seeing the server on the same IP
address and it always tries to reconnect there first.
