Ah, yes multi servers with different versions would definitely be problematic, but I first tried it with one server on 7.5.4 and the other on 7.7.2 and it still worked. I guess if the versions are close enough it may be ok.
I just couldn't see another way of getting player lists from an arbitrary number of servers without using to much resources.... I guess I could use jsonrpc to poll every discovered server, but doing that much polling just seems excessive. pippin wrote: > No phone. Nexus 7. How do you like it so far? I've been thinking about getting one, but I already have way too many devices :) pippin wrote: > The problem was the other way around. When I re-activated "use local > server" I could see both sets of players. Right after registration, MySB forces a reconnect in the background and maybe that reconnect failed, I'm sure you know mysb can be a little flaky. When you then turned off local server, the app first disconnects from both servers and then reconnected to mysb. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ wt0's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=18760 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=96757 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
