It only available on devices up to 7". Your Galaxy Tab is probably just over the limit. The design of this version is based on the design of the phone version on webOS and while it will technically work fine on bigger tablets, it's not really designed for it. Even 7" is really pushing it. The triple panel design of the Touchpad version is really hard to emulate on Android, so I'm not sure what my plans for larger tablets are yet. Your Hero is probably running 2.x. Android 3.x was only released for tablets.
