Hi Jezbo, Now that I have made my investment and decided to use Muso, it's time to ask some questions. :-) I have my LMS running on a QNAP Linux server with some near 7000 albums totalling close to 100.000 tracks. Muso handles this amount surprisingly well and I just love the new Pivot view.
However, I wish to produce a portable catalog-file of my entire CD library. I've used a nice utility named AlbumCatalogCreator (ACC) previously, but it failed to support my growing library at a certain point, and the author abandoned the project when LMS moved from MySQL to SQLite. Now I'm anxious to see if Muso can accomplish this task for me. I started out by generating a Web export of full albums only (no need for track listings). The resulting web view is not perfect (see below) 14175 The album art partly overwrites the album label and the label + year is displyed using a tiny font which is impossible to read without first enlarging (zooming) the view in my web browser. (I use IE9 running on a Win7-64bit machine, and the enclosed caption was zoomed 200%.) And then there is a dotted line hashing right trough the fonts, making it even harder to read. I guess I could ask a number of question about such details, but perhaps a better question is; 1. Is there a way to customize the template used to generate these HTML scripts so than I myself can design the final layout? 2. I triet to click the star (show all) symbol, and IE9 went into an infinit loop and never returned. Somehow - generating a listing of 7000 albums was beyond its (or the scripts?) capability. I left it running overnight just to check, but it never produced anything except a bunch of animated zebrastripes with the text "Loading..." overlayed. 3. My aim is to generate a PDF file (or some other tangible format), that is designed to manage a booklet of 500-1000 pages. If I could get an HTML result, I know I can convert it to PDF by using a PDF print-driver. Awaiting your reply.
