Triode, running a couple of SqueezeLite clients under win7 using nssm to run this as a windows service (as mentioned above) - working brilliantly especially with your Spotify plugin! Great work!
A couple of things; - The sync between win squeezelite clients is working better than any of the emulators I've played with! - Is there any chance you could build an apk package for Droid JB? I'm running SqueezePlayer as a droid client but the sync seems to vary. It would be great if you could package up[ a droid client with the same sync logic as the win squeezelite client - as I'd hope the sync then would be better than I have currently. - When an audio zone of say client1 and client2 is created and a new client is added to the group, the whole audio breaks for a few hundred ms and then skips to next song. Is there any way of changing the sync logic so that if a new client is added to an exiting zone, that the extra client doesn't interrupt the stream? - Is it just me, or is the bluetooth feature on droid JB useless during wifi streaming (drop outs etc) - I have a droid speaker dock in the hope I can use this as a portable squeezelite client but only get reliable streams when I'm connecting using the headphone jack to he speaker dock. Anyone got reliable bluetooth working on a droid running JB 4.1.2 (Samsung s3)? - How many clients on a wired ethernet backbone are practical before drops in the streams start happening?
