Yep. SC 7.3 is too old and doesn't support context menus, update to a newer server version. It might work on the currently playing track (using the cover in the bottom right or the current track in the current playlist), it might be that it's contained in the SongInfo menu for those. But I don't know, I don't test against 7.3 anymore, it's outdated for 4 years or so now and all of these new plugin hooks are not supported on it.
