iPeng doesn't chose the artwork for the album. Logitech Media Server does that, iPeng shows what it gets. You need to ask that in the LMS forum or, better, in the tagging forum. There is some preference hierarchy for artwork but I don't know exactly how it works, it might be the last one you changed.
