To save - right click on the image, select "Save image as .....", select the folder, type in the Artist Name. Repeat x many times, where x = the number of artists in your library !
Get a better browser: mine would default to the last folder I saved something in :-p
There is a real opportunity for a utility to automate this.
Noted. Would you want to run it automatically or rather a button on the settings pages "save artist artwork"?
