I don't think it's possible from iPeng today.
You can do it by clicking the "M" button beside an album in LMS web
interface and then select "TrackStat", which will open the TrackStat
menu for the album and from that menu it's possible to set ratings on
the album. The effect of rating an album is that it will set the rating
you select on all unrated tracks on the album.
