Based on your log it looks like you have may have more issues than just SDT. Not sure what is going on, but the first lines related to SQLite are not due to SDT. If you continue getting those errors you may want to consider doing a fresh install of LMS. Based on your logs it also looks like you're running SDT version 5.9.16 from the repository. To update SDT delete the SuperDateTime directory from "C:\ProgramData\Squeezebox\Cache\InstalledPlugins\Plugins\". Then unzip the the file attached to the post referenced above in the same location. Restart LMS and you should be running the Weather.com version of SDT. Specifically 5.9.19.
